Mortgage Processing
Banks in Panama work very differently from banks in other countries such as the United States and Canada. In order to obtain a mortgage through a Panamanian Bank, foreign individuals need to provide the banking institution with a several documents in order for them to start processing a mortgage. All of this documentation can be submitted to the bank by e-mail or fax, but they will require some of it to be delivered to them in original form. Pillar Solutions will receive your documentation, audit it (so we are sure that all documentation is complete and in order) and follow up with the bank until the mortgage process is completed. Also, we will make sure you comply with all the requirements in order to validate the already approved mortgage.
