Broker Network
A network of brokers that have proven sales abilities which can add significant sales results to the Direct Sales group. Broker agreements are in addition to current sales team agreements.
Contract Administration
The systematic coordination of all initial Reservation Agreements including any and all specific agreements and addendums and all co-ordination, explanation and signing of the Purchase Agreements.
Client Database
Referred to earlier in this proposal as our Back-End System, this dynamic client database manages all leads, tags them with both lead source and referral information as well as keeping all customer service notes. When this lead converts into a sale, all of this information stays with new fields added which contain financial information, unit price and description information, property management agreements as well as all customer service notes.
Collection Services
For this all important step of collecting the moneys owed from the client, this team consists of the initial sales person, the contract specialist and the team of attorneys to facilitate the settling of the agreements and funding of the property. This large step often takes a lot of hand holding and personal telephone calls to create the trust and comfort level needed by the client to wire the funds and later close on the property.
Client Service
An important part of the sales strategy is keeping the client properly informed and up to date with the developments of the project. This is handled through a number of ways; personal phone calls, emails, monthly newsletters, project updates on the website and so on. The facilitator of this service always resides with the initial sales person as they know the client best and they can quickly source the information requested by the client.
